Classes designed for the person who has no pre-existing injuries or health problems ready and willing to go all out. Structured with a trainer to assist, motivate, and hold you accountable at all times, giving you just the right push to help you accomplish your personal goals from weight loss to increasing flexibility to building muscle strength and cardio stamina.

SHAPE___

Evening Classes - designed for men and women who are looking for a Beginner to Intermediate exercise program to lose unwanted body fat (up to 3 lbs of weight per week). Reshape, tone and strengthen while increasing energy and stamina levels..

Three one-hour classes per week

Class Times are:

Tuesdays and Thursday 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Saturdays 8:30am - 11:00am

5 KIDS
PROGRAMS___

Ages - (Mature Enough)-6 to 12

Developed to build self-confidence and raise self-esteem through exercise geared toward weight loss and bodyshaping-giving positive reinforcement, Teaching teamwork  and building social skills. Creating A healthier lifestyle and nutritional awareness.
(limit 8 kids per class)

Private or semi-private - Educational, progressive, motivational, and versatile training sessions for beginners and advanced to get you where you want to be in the shortest time possible with supervision, support, and constant personal attention covering everything from nutrition to 28 years of training techniques and experience.
