Mid Morning Classes - After getting the children off to school, get some (me) time with our bodyshaping, fat-releasing, recharge-your-battery, get the right mind-set program.

Late Morning Classes - For the person wanting supervision,assistance and structured exercise to enrich their quality of life while maintaining and improving their health.

Evening Classes - designed for men and women who are looking for a Beginner to Intermediate exercise program to lose unwanted body fat (up to 3 lbs of weight per week). Reshape, tone and strengthen while increasing energy and stamina levels.. Class Times are: Tuesdays and Thursday 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm Saturdays 8:30am - 11:00am Starting at $15.00 per class |

Private or semi-private - Educational, progressive, motivational, and versatile training sessions for beginners and advanced to get you where you want to be in the shortest time possible with supervision, support, and constant personal attention covering everything from nutrition to 28 years of training techniques and experience.
