designed for men and women who are looking for a Beginner to
Intermediate exercise program to lose unwanted body fat (up to 3 lbs of
weight per week). Reshape, tone and strengthen while increasing energy
and stamina levels.. Class Times are: Tuesdays and Thursday 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm Saturdays 8:30am - 11:00am Starting at $15.00 per class
