My name is David Church. I have been involved in physical fitness for 5 years and have been working as a personal trainer at All Points since 2008. In the past I have worked out at many franchised gyms and have seen many people fall in and out of training. Here at All Points we take care of the ups and downs of your training by holding you personally accountable for your actions. If you start getting lazy or stop showing up for class we will make a point to turn you around and get you back on the fast track to success. I am Cathy Brown the children's trainer at All Points Personal Training. When I first became interested in training children, I could not believe what an awesome program this gym offered to young people. I personally have worked out in gyms my whole life but when I finish training at All Points I know I have been to a workout. It is different because you have a trainer helping you at all times and we care about your results and your progress. I enjoy training the children and seeing their faces light up as they see the progress their making in this program.
